The project includes the rehabilitation, reconstruction and widening for part of Spur Road ( Al-Mehmaz Road ), with an approximate length of 1.20 km ,the work will include the construction of two lane road near the existing road with an approximate total length of 500 m separated with concrete new-jersey barrier in addition to reconstruction and rearrangement of median within existing main road with approximate total length of 250m. the works include earthworks, milling ,overlay layer for part of the existing carriageway, demolishing of existing wall, medians, curbs and construction of new wall, new-Jersey Barrier, curbs, medians, marking and all other related works
